SESSIONS
I arrive to ‘healing’ as an artist, with the perspective that creativity is an indicator of health in the system — an alignment and responsiveness to the natural flow of change. This creativity births from the dark: together we dwell in this fertile space, facing paradox, mystery, and the non-linear nature of being human. What comes most naturally to you? What is coming forth through you?
I also arrive as a craftsperson, with the perspective that folk medicine and traditions carry the information for health through the body, the Earth. When we practice from the perspective of folk, of the people, we experience the personal system as a microcosm of the macrocosmic whole. Over the past decade, I have worked mainly with people going through transitions — death, birth, re-birth, relocation, marriage, divorce, spiritual crisis, initiatory experience, or the labor of creation. Using contemporary methods that would fall under folk medicine — energy work, observation of patterns, astrology, and dreamwork — we unweave and reweave an understanding of being human in the larger context of a network of being.
Working together can be in a single session, but most often we work over longer periods of time or through a series, both in-person and online. I also share some of these protocols and practices through teaching or group offerings. For more immersive experience, you can see the Fellowship program offered each year.

SourcePoint Therapy is the umbrella for all session work. Focusing on points and lines -- the energetic structures in and around the body -- we bring attention to our connection with the blueprint for health, the inherent pattern of order, balance, harmony, and flow. Establishing this context allows us to use pattern to address pattern — what has become stagnant, rigid, or disordered within the system due to many influences. Through this work we begin to recontextualize life as a human as part of a network of being by directly working with the forces of trauma, karma, emotion, ancestry, and belief systems.
I have been studying SourcePoint since 2016, and work closely with the co-developers of the work in mentorship and ongoing training as both practitioner and instructor.

BreakThrough offers the opportunity to return to innate curiosity, an intense focus on investigating what is. Through a gentle process of self-inquiry, we honestly observe behavior, emotions, and deeply held convictions about life — all our rules for how things should and should-not be. Rather than analyzing the root or cause, through the protocol we bring noticing to these patterns, how they impact the nervous system, and allow that noticing to do the work. The result is an objectivity to this ‘hand-me'-down’ way of thinking, compassion and forgiveness for oneself, shifts in the nervous system and behavior. This happens in community, shifting the view of the individual psyche or 'self' into a much broader context.
I have been studying BreakThrough since 2015, and work closely with the founder of the process in ongoing mentorship as both practitioner and instructor.

Through dialogue, story, and imagery, we enter the knowing field, a palpable field of information. The process of psychosynthesis seeks to establish a sense of ‘Self’, that is primary to the experience of an ‘individual self’, or personality. Created by Roberto Assagioli (contemporary of C.J. Jung) Psychosynthesis offers a view on 'psychology' as something much vaster than the individual psyche.
I offer this work through research that aims to root psychosynthesis in the land it emerged from — Italy, specifically Veneto and Tuscany — through Assagioli.
I completed a two-year Psychosynthesis Therapeutic Coaching program in 2023 led by Keith Hackwood (with whom I have ongoing supervision) and Mark Jones.

I use astrology, and the natal chart, as a doorway to aligning with the process of change, and the ‘destiny line.’ This map of the moment one was born offers a direct line of inquiry into our experience of life. Together, we treat the astrological reading as divinatory, co-creative dialogue with the cosmos to navigate choice and Will within the ongoing cycles of life.
I have been fascinated by astrology since I was a young child, and began studying more seriously in my twenties. Over the past decade, my main teacher has been Mark Jones, though I also enjoy the perspectives of many others including Jason Holley, Jessica Murray, and Carolyn Casey.

Prior to giving birth to my first son, I completed a full spectrum doula training to aid myself through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
Throughout the same period, I participated in the Honey Bee Wild 10-month animist apprenticeship with Ariella Daly. This program radically shifted my practice and deepened understanding of energy work, womb-work, relationality, vibration, and frequency. The gifts of this course, in tandem with the experience of birthing, changed and continues to change my perspective on life and death through mystery, myth, and ritual.
With birthing clients, I use a combination of knowledge to support fertility, pregnancy, labor, and the postpartum period.

I have been a deep dreamer since a young child. The intensity of my dream and imaginal life, led me to cut this skill off in my teens and twenties. Travel, ancestral, and animist work over the past decade coaxed dreaming to return in my life as a key way of being with the world.
I study and practice animist dreamwork, weaving the approach of Ariella Daly into session-work of all kinds, with individuals and groups.
Working together
I occasionally work by sliding scale or barter. Please reach out!
One-off session / Initial session — $150
On-going, regular sessions — $100 (after initial session)
Intensive Series of 8 — $700 : this series is for those who wish to connect with the source of creation, and address the blockages that obstruct this information at specific energetic levels of trauma, karma, emotion, ancestry and belief systems that impact the current experience. We work together over a 2-3 month period to reestablish alignment within the larger network of being and what flows through you specifically.
Independent Study/Intensive Retreat — Pricing varies based on needs of the client, and would include accommodations at Succurro in a private apartment. These periods can be as little as three days, up to two weeks, to incubate and research, to birth a creative project, or to rest and recover.
